"You feel it's because you're not sick enough, or not thin enough."

While lockdowns have been hard on everyone, people with eating disorders have been particularly badly affected. Doctors and advocacy groups have both reported big increases in the numbers of people coming forward for treatment. However, they have consistently faced problems getting the help they need, and it has now emerged that no new funding was provided to a crucial treatment plan last year. Reporter Paul O’Donoghue joined Kieran after taking a closer look at what could be done to help those suffering with an eating disorder.
