John Lahart, Fianna Fáil TD for Dublin South-West, has today introduced a bill in the Dáil to legislate for the use of e-scooters in Ireland. The bill looks to introduce a municipally-regulated e-scooter rental scheme that ensures universal standards, regulations and speed governance. John Lahart and Paddy O'Brien, co-founder and director of LOCO Scooters, joined us to discuss how this would work.
