When did censorship start and why does it persist?
When we hear the word censorship today it probably brings to mind the suppression of dissent in the likes of Hong Kong or North Korea.
But it’s not that long since our own government was banning the likes of Disney’s Fantasia or Monty Python’s The Life of Brian.
