What can EU energy ministers do to tackle Europe’s energy crisis?

EU Energy Ministers including Eamon Ryan will meet this Friday to decide how the Union can tackle the ongoing energy crisis. Reports in the Business Post suggest the EU is planning to impose a price cap on lower-cost energy producers as part of the talks.
