Struggling to find a new chef, the restaurant decided to offer free accommodation as part of the benefits of taking up the position. Sean was joined by Michael Donney, co-owner of Curiosities restaurant in Castletownbere to talk through the staffing problems in the restaurant industry, the implications for communities and why Ireland has become an unattractive working location to chefs.
