Tusla will apologise to adopted people who felt hurt by the agency when seeking information about their identity. Chief executive Bernard Gloster is to appear before the Oireachtas Children’s Committee later today to say that he recognizes, “that many people were left... with a sense of being let down by the State in their search for answers to the most basic questions.
