There has been much discussion in recent days of people going on holidays abroad this summer and whether or not it is safe to do so. But what about foreign tourists coming into the country? Eoghan O'Meara Walsh, CEO of the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation, says that COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the tourism industry, with international visitors accounting for 75% of the tourism economy.
