The Hard Shoulder Highlights

''This is not cheap but the long term value is huge''

Transport accounts for one-fifth of Ireland's total greenhouse gas emissions and massive changes will be needed to halve that by 2030. To discuss the recommendations and what Ireland might be able to get done, Kieran was joined by Mark Gleeson, of Rail Users Ireland, Dermot O’Leary of the National Bus and Rail Union and Paddy Comyn, Head of Communications at AA Ireland.
