The spotlight is on Swiss Banking again

Over the weekend many of the world's biggest newspapers broke a massive story about how the giant Swiss bank Credit Suisse facilitated the hiding of billions of dollars' worth of assets in its accounts. Some of the account holders were oligarchs, drug dealers, and potentates.
