“The One”, a 105,000-square-foot Bel Air megamansion and said to be the biggest modern home in the US, has sold for a whopping $126 million. But with another $20 million worth of completion work still needed - who is daft enough to have bought it? Marion McKeone of the Business Post joins Sinead to tell us all about it.
