What does it mean for the rest of the island? Deputy Chief Medical Officer Ronan Glynn has said the Covid-19 situation in Northern Ireland is of "real concern". Hospitals are operating at 105 per cent capacity - with doctors forced to treat patients in ambulances at Antrim Area Hospital yesterday.
