The Government is likely to accept a recommendation to shorten the working week of many public servants

The Government is likely to accept a recommendation from an independent body to shorten the working week of many public servants. It's after review by an Independent Body has recommended extra unpaid hours introduced in 2013 are reversed. The proposal would benefit the likes of nurses, education, and local authority staff.
