It's been a time! Even as we begin to reemerge from our cocoons and start to see people again, the anxiety can be real. 'Tapping' is an ancient form of therapy that's been used for centuries but recent studies have shown the impact it can have on your body and mind. Also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or psychological acupressure, the simple movement draws on theories from traditional Chinese medicine and involves tapping on certain points in the body while concentrating on emotional issues to help relieve what's troubling you.
