Tánaiste Leo Varadkar On Covid-19: 'I Think It's Going To Be A Good Summer'

As it stands, we're at undoubtedly the worst part of the Covid-19 outbreak since the first case was confirmed almost a year ago. Hospitals are being stretched to their limits, case numbers have been steadily increasing and over one thousand people have been admitted to hospital since the 2nd of January. We're currently in level 5 restrictions, schools are closed, non-essential retail and construction has closed and nearly 400,000 people remain out of work. Tánaiste Leo Varadkar joined Dermot and Dave to discuss the decisions that have led us to this point, how after-Easter is the current plan for mass vaccination roll out and why he thinks that summer 2021 could be a good one.
