Microsoft no longer support this operating system Chalk it down lads - January 14th 2020 - another historic day in the world of tech as Microsoft cut the cord to Windows 7. From this day forth, the company will no longer issue security updates for this particular system, meaning users still operating on Windows 7 are more prone to hacking and malware. There is the option of extended support @€145 or so a pop, so we reckon you get updating ASAP! But did you know that 33% of all Windows computers still run on Windows 7? No?
