From this day forth, the company will no longer issue security updates for this particular system, meaning users still operating on Windows 7 are more prone to hacking and malware. There is the option of extended support @€145 or so a pop, so we reckon you get updating ASAP! But did you know that 33% of all Windows computers still run on Windows 7? No?
