SUNDAY PAPER REVIEW | GAA's 'cultural issue' with referee abuse | How to cover doping in journalism? | Rooney's revelations on United/Arsenal | Has VAR stolen football's joy?

John Duggan was joined by the former Dublin footballer Mick O'Keeffe and journalist Brendan O'Brien on this weekend's edition of the Sunday Paper Review. Does the GAA have a 'cultural issue' with the abuse of referees? John, Mick and Brendan explored the most recent instances of match officials being targeted and considered what must happen to eradicate this kind of behaviour. Following an article written in the Sunday Independent by Paul Kimmage about the coverage of certain sports with relation to doping, the lads considered how often and how deeply the issue and theme of doping should arise. Furthermore, the lads lamented the lack of coverage given over to the Republic of Ireland Women's National Team after their midweek defeat of Finland, enjoyed what Wayne Rooney had to say of his Manchester United vs Arsenal memories, and a whole lot more.
