Strand Road Cycleway Dispute with Hazel Chu & Mannix Flynn

Traffic on the Strand Road in Dublin’s Sandymount area was due to be reduced to just one lane from this coming Monday to facilitate a six month trial of creating a cycleway system on one of the capitals busiest roadways.
