The Story Behind Apple's Feud With Fortnite

Fortnite has become a video game sensation, played by around 250 million people globally. Epic Games, the developer responsible for Fortnite, has now fallen out with Apple and Google after they pulled the game from their respective app stores. The row stems from an update released by Epic that allows players to bypass Apple's App Store and Google Play when making microtransactions, thereby preventing the tech giants from sharing revenue.
