Steps Confirm They Are Working On Their Own Musical

A Steps musical is officially in the works! Lisa Scott-Lee shared the exclusive news this morning on 98FM's Big Breakfast with Rebecca and Brendan. Recently, a number of stories emerged online claiming that a musical about Princess Diana's life, set to the music of Steps, was in the works. However, Lisa has set the record straight confirming that the band is not associated with that production which is understood to be called 'One For Sorrow'. "We are aware of it but I can confirm that Steps are not affiliated with that musical. It's nothing to do with us, to be honest". Instead, Lisa confirmed Steps are working on their very own musical. "The reason we are not affiliated with that one is because we are working on our own. "We have been for a while before we saw this poster. "We've always said if we were going to do a musical we would want to endorse it. It's our music, we are the ones who have been singing it for 23 years.
