Keeping Fit At Home Whether you're an avid gym goer affected by their closures or someone trying to to get in to fitness, there's plenty of ways you can get fit at home. Karl Doyle from KDF Strength and Conditioning joined Sarina on Saturday's Plan B to share some tips on how to stay fit and motivated from the comfort of your home. Karl suggested adding activity to your day where possible. For example, instead of driving to the local shops, if possible walk. He also shared some at home replacements for gym equipment and how you can use your own body weight for a great workout.
