Should there be more anti-bullying laws brought into schools in Ireland?

Schools in Northern Ireland will be legally required to record all incidents of bullying and alleged bullying from 1 September. Is this a step in the right direction? And should we consider introducing something like that here? Chris Sherlock told his experience of bullying to Andrea.
