Should Johnny Sexton Be Playing Against France After Head Injury?

Ireland rugby captain Johnny Sexton has responded to comments from two French doctors who said he shouldn't play against France this weekend after sustaining a head injury against Wales last Sunday. Speaking in a press conference, Sexton said he was disappointed by "inaccurate" claims that he had sustained 30 concussions throughout his career. Is it appropriate for Sexton to play so soon after a head injury, and how serious a problem are such injuries in rugby?
