Should Driving Tests Be Fast-Tracked To Relieve Backlog?

There have been calls to allow all essential workers and those who need a licence for work purposes to sit their driving test in order to relieve the backlog. There are currently over 98,000 people waiting for a driving test, while around 50,000 are waiting to sit their theory test.
