Is A Second National Lockdown Imminent?
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has warned that the country is at a "tipping point" and that we could be moving closer to a second national lockdown.
His comments come as NPHET is discussing the possibility of lifting restrictions in Kildare, having already done so in Laois and Offaly.
How bad would a second lockdown be for the economy, and what can be done to stop it from happening?
