Ryanair Passengers Furious As Airline Offers Vouchers Instead Of Refunds For Cancelled Flights

Ryanair passengers who were promised refunds for cancelled flights have now received emails from the airline with offers of a voucher instead. The vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. Ryanair has also stated that passengers who want their money back will have to wait until the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided. But is this legal?
