Ronan McNamee: Darkness Into Light, importance of mental health discussion

Tyrone GAA's Ronan McNamee was on OTB AM to talk about his own personal struggles with his mental health and to encourage people to reach out to those around them and the services available to get help ahead of the annual Darkness into Light walk in aid of Pieta House. Each year, Darkness Into Light helps raise essential funds and enables Pieta to continue providing free of charge suicide prevention, intervention and bereavement support to people of all ages across Ireland. Last month, Electric Ireland extended is sponsorship of Darkness Into Light for another three years up to 2025.
