Many retailers have opened their doors today as the country enters phase two of the accelerated roadmap to ease COVID-19 restrictions. But consumers are being warned that the shopping experience will be very different to how it was before the pandemic, with many shops discouraging browsing, introducing queuing and putting additional hygiene measures in place.
