Are the winter blues a real thing? Many people in Ireland experience what is known as seasonal affective disorder, a form of depression which recurs during the winter months. It can be caused by a change in melatonin levels, partly from a lack of sunlight. Dr Ray Walley joined us for our weekly medical consultation to talk about this condition and how it can be treated.
