Reaction As Amnesty Incoming For Troubles’ Killings

The UK is to offer amnesty for killings committed during the Troubles. The British Government intends to introduce a statute of limitations that would end all prosecutions related to the Troubles in order to stop the North being “hamstrung by its past”.
