Andrea Horan Nail Art has really taken off in the last few years, this is in part thanks to the fabulous Nail Bar Tropical Popical. Tropical Popical has always been a firm favourite with Dubs but thanks to Saoirse Ronan mentioning it on the Ellen show a couple of years ago, their reach went far wider. She also revealed that curating an exhibition in the National Gallery was always a dream of hers but she didn’t know how it would happen.
