Coppers Owner Has An Extra Perk For People Attending The Musical

Paul Howard wrote the love story set on the eve of a Dublin v Kerry All Ireland Final, when a sweet Kerry girl called Noeleen ends up falling for the captain of the Dublin football team - Gino Wildes. It had a sell-out run last summer and is set to be a smash-hit yet again as extra dates have just been added due to phenomenal demand Coppers: The Musical returns to the Olympia from July 10th - August 10th. Paul reveals a lovely gesture from Coppers owner Cathal Jackson who told him, "anybody who arrives at the door of the nightclub with a ticket from the musical will get in for free". Sure it's nearly worth going for that alone! He's not one for rehearsal either admitting, "wonderful things happen when the writer isn't staring at them (actors)". The lads also chat about his most famous character Ross O'Carroll-Kelly and the franchise 'it' has become. 18 satirical novels that have sold more than 1 million copies plus the snappy weekly podcast (that Iano is addicted to).
