Dublin City Council have announced three junctions in the capital will have permanent cameras on them to catch traffic light breakers. Henry McKean has been out and about across the Dublin observing cars breaking lights. The new cameras are at collision blackspots,  Blackhall Place, near the Law Society,  Con Colbert Road near the M4 and Queen Street near Smithfield, they will run permanently soon. Is Ireland worse than Australia or any other country when it comes to breaking a red light?  Breaking red lights incurs three penalty points and a fine of up to €120.
