Miles Graham Irish singer-songwriter Miles Graham is this week's One To Watch. He joined Sarina on Saturday's Plan B to tell her about his new single 'Don't Change'. For Miles, music has always offered solace in during tough moments in his life. Growning up in hard times in Neilstown, West Dublin, Graham used music, and particularly American Soul, as an escape from his troubled surroundings. Locking himself away from the outside world, he began to write his own songs. To this day he finds writing music to be a cathartic experience and something that has helped him through life. Speaking about the EP he said: “These songs all came from a huge change in my life recently, in which I endured a lot of heartbreak. It was quite a rough couple of years, and I feel like I’ve only just come through it and picked myself back up again.” The EP also includes a track called 'Sunbeam', which is a tribute to his young daughter. Her beauty and kind nature melts my heart everyday. At only 6 yrs of age, she is so bright in her choices and what she chooses to apply herself to, during these strange unstructured times for children, being away from school, friends and cousins. We can all learn something from the true choices that children make instinctively.
