One in four disabled children placed on short school days

One in four children with disabilities are placed by schools on short school days or “reduced timetables” of just two or three hours. That’s according to new research from TU Dublin and Inclusion Ireland. Mark O’Connor, Community Engagement Manager at Inclusion Ireland joins Newstalk Breakfast to discuss the findings of this report. We're also joined by Síona, a caller from Wicklow, who shares her own experience with these short school days.
