"My mum said she never thought anything would come of this." Self published children's book author gets her books on the shelves of 145 Aldi stores #GrowWithAldi

The Grow with Aldi Supplier Development programme is back. 'Grow with Aldi', now in its 4th year, developed in partnership with Bord Bia, designed to help small and medium producers develop their brand and potentially build their business. There are over 120 suppliers involved in 'Grow with Aldi 2021'. 61 food, drink and non-food suppliers have won a new contract with Aldi. In this new series Henry McKean meets food producers and for the first time non food producers can take part. Henry spoke to Emma Jane Leeson in Kildare who self published the children’s book series 'Johnny Magory'. The story about Johnny Magory has been told to kids by parents usually in a bid to wind them up ‘Will I begin it? That’s all that’s in it!’
