Motor Insurance Clams Rose 65% In Last Ten Years

A major new report from the Central Bank into Ireland’s motor insurance industry has found that the average cost of a claim rose 65% in the past ten years. The report also found the average earned premium per policy rose 35% between 2009 and 2019 although they did fall 4% in the final year of this period.
