More reaction to yesterday’s anti-immigration protests in Coolock

Yesterday Gardaí charged at least 15 people following wide-ranging disorder at a site in Coolock that is due to be developed to house asylum seekers. Henry McKean was at the scene and spoke to locals there. Demonstrators hurled rocks and fireworks at gardaí throughout the day, while pepper spray has been used by gardaí responding to the incidents.
