Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney is to raise the issue of Russia engaging in military exercises off Irish waters with the Russian Ambassador to Ireland, Yury Filatov.  Meanwhile, Britain has accused Russia of a plot to install a pro-Kremlin government in Kyiv as Moscow weighs up a further invasion of Ukraine.
