Michael Healy-Rae: 'Open The Pubs And Incidents Like Saturday Night In Killarney Won't Happen'

Footage showing crowds of people drinking and dancing in close proximity on a street in Killarney over the weekend have been widely criticised. The incident is believed to have taken place on Saturday night and was posted on social media. Would it be better to open the pubs and regulate this type of behaviour? Michael Healy-Rae, Independent TD for Kerry, joined us to talk about why he feels this would be the best approach. We were also joined by Dr Damien Lowry, Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, who gave his view on why people are behaving like this.
