Mental Health Matters and Picky Eaters

On this week's show: Barbara Brennan poured her personal experience of mental illness into her work with See Change, working for many years with the organisation to remove mental health stigma in the workplace, championing their green ribbon campaign. She has since go on to set up her own business Mental Health Matters specialising in best practice mental health policy, procedures, strategy, training and changing culture in organisations such as An Post, Irish Life and Ibec. Barbara remains at the forefront of changing the conversation around mental illness and health. Having turned around two picky eaters in her house Louise Lennox has retrained to help others give their children a love for food.
