Sarah is now a Yoga Teacher based in sunny Portugal and hosts a number of retreats in the Algarve each year to help other Irish women listen to their wind. Sarah Shannon joined Dermot and Dave live from the Algarve and explained how she felt when she decided to finally pack in a job she hated and she shares how you can also listen to the wind.
