Meet The Irish Man Who Won TV's Toughest Show: 'SAS: Who Dares Wins'

SAS: Who Dares Wins is one of the toughest reality TV shows out there. Civilians are put through their paces by the elite military trainers in the Scottish highlands. But, more than physical, it's a huge mental test for anyone looking to take part. Very few people pass the test, with many falling at the final hurdle. One of the very few people who has passed selection is Connor Smyth. The Down man joins just 11 other people who have been declared winners of 'SAS: Who Dares Wins'. Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Connor explained how his training as a professional, touring Irish dancer helped him to push through the toughest of moments. Connor, who has toured with Michael Flatley for a number of years now, also revealed that one of the main reasons he decided to take part in the show was to change the negative perception around dancers.
