Meet The Irish Family Who Are Taking Whatsapp Video Challenges To The Next Level

One Fermoy family has upped the game when it comes to keeping connected while safely practising social distancing. Lisa got in touch with Dermot & Dave to give us a little insight into how her brothers, parents and grandkids are all keeping their spirits up with a nightly group video challenge that takes place within their family Whatsapp chat. Lisa said, "Just like a lot of the country, our family is finding it very tough being apart from each other, cousins, grandparents etc. "Our four households, myself, two brothers and our parents have started a family Whatapp video call every evening. It's working very well. "We pick a fun challenge every day. The first challenge was to draw a picture, there are 16 of us, and it was brilliant. "Another challenge was to create our own Paddy's Day float (1 per family) and tonight we are doing a keepy uppie challenge live.
