O'Connell Street is the main thoroughfare in our capital city, but is it in need of regeneration?
For years, many have complained that the street is dangerous, unattractive and too full of takeaways and casinos, as well as being rife with social problems such as drug dealing and homelessness.
Have projects like the construction of the Spire made any difference, or does more need to be done to make O'Connell Street more attractive?
