Amber told Louise about how she made the change from marketing to becoming a Reiki practitioner during lockdown. The course opened Amanda’s eyes to holistic treatments and looking after her own well-being. Reiki is a complimentary treatment to clinical treatments, and helps people deal with depression, digestive problems, and as Amber puts it, realigns the body’s energy points called chakras.
