Is Lockdown Bringing Out The Worst In Our Teenagers?

Gardaí are investigating an alleged racist assault on a woman in Dublin last week. Xuedan Xiong was pushed into the Royal Canal by a group of teenagers who had reportedly been racially abusing her.
