Is Lockdown Bringing Out The Worst In Our Teenagers?

Gardaí are investigating an alleged racist assault on a woman in Dublin last week. Xuedan Xiong was pushed into the Royal Canal by a group of teenagers who had reportedly been racially abusing her. Conor Hanly, lecturer in law at NUI Galway, Social Democrats co-leader and justice spokesperson Catherine Murphy and psychotherapist Stella O'Malley joined us to discuss this issue.
