Listener email - Separation difficulties

A listener got in touch he is in his forties and has separated from his wife. They have two kids. The separation had been mutual, he was paying half of the bills and they had split custody down the middle. Sometime during family mediation his ex-partner suggested going legal and has stopped responding to him. He doesn’t know what to do.
