The government is still having to address issues in relation to the marking of this year's Leaving Certificate, given the cancellation of the exams. It's been reported today that the cabinet is going to approve an indemnity for teachers marking papers and teachers and schools will also be indemnified from any legal cases taken by pupils or their parents.
