Kilkee Residents Voice Their Anger At Mass Gathering On Saturday Today Clare McKenna was discussing a large gathering of young people that took place on Kilkee beach on Saturday night. Footage circulating on social media shows dozens of young people, mainly teenagers, cramped together in an event, which locals say continued until after 3 a.m.  The Gardaí in the resort town made a number of public order arrests at the scene of the outdoor party.  Clare spoke with local Councillor Cillian Murphy on the fallout from the party.
