Jonny Sexton, Ireland, and Leinster Rugby Capitan share this idea, as he became an ambassador for Laya Super Troopers, a program that encourages school children and their families to enjoy a healthier, balanced lifestyle.  1 million school children in Ireland have taken part in Laya Super Troopers since 2014, it has grown to be the largest holistic health program in Irish primary schools!
